As a Station8 freelance Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be leading digital marketing efforts (primarily via social media, SEO and Google ads) alongside talented Sr. team members. You’ll be showing your skills and creative thinking for digital marketing with a solid grip on its ever-changing scope. Having more than just talent and a passion for digital marketing, we’re searching for someone who is intrigued by growth, excited by challenges and brings a positive spirit to every project. This position does have the potential to expand into a full-time position with the right partner.

What's expected of you (essential job functions)
  • Work with digital marketing and media (social media, SEO, Google Ads/Analytics)
  • Conduct SEO research and give direction for implementation
  • Report consistently on existing campaigns
  • Be able to work in collaboration with designers/developers when appropriate
  • Adhere to internal processes, budgets and timelines for each project
  • Work within quick timelines
Mandatory Qualifications
  • 3+ years in an agency setting, or related digital marketing experience
  • Proficiency in social media marketing (organic and paid)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Proficiency in utilizing Looker Studio for reporting
  • Experience with SEO tools (Semrush, Google Search Console, etc.)
  • Ability to write thoughtful and captivating copy to accompany and social media or digital ads (not required, but preferred)
  • Experience in Abobe Creative Suite programs (not required, but preferred)
  • Ability to present in front of clients
  • Enthusiasm when sharing ideas internally
  • Willingness to “raise your hand” and contribute proactively
  • Ability to take and synthesize critique
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team as well as individually
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for working collaboratively
  • Strategy focus throughout the research, design and execution of projects
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically, and to collaboratively resolve problems
