As a Station8 Development Strategist/Account Executive, you’ll have responsibilities beyond the mere basics of the job title. Like creating new and conceptual ideas alongside talented senior team members. Showing your skills and creative thinking for a range of dental manufacturing clients. Having more than just talent and a passion for customer service and organization, we’re searching for someone who is intrigued by growth, excited by challenges and brings a positive spirit to the office every day. This is a full-time position and while we are flexible with hybrid situations, we prefer local applicants who would be in the office most of the week.

As a Development Strategist/Account Executive, you will provide day-to-day administrative support for the accounts you manage to ensure excellent client service while also creating a smooth-running workplace.

To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams and clients simultaneously. If you understand what excellent customer service is, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate is able to administer daily sales activities and brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our client relationships. Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Account Service team.

An essential part of this role is impressive dental industry knowledge. We are looking for someone who can further our mission to specifically serve DSOs (Dental Service Organizations), Private Equity groups, dental manufacturing companies, and more. We would expect this person to bring in solid recommendations for how to connect with and further relationships with potential and current clients in the dental space. Whether it's a brand new lead or connections you have from a previous position in the dental world, we’re looking for you to be the connector.

What's expected of you (essential job functions)
  • Developing and executing strategies to connect with and further dental client relationships
  • Supporting your clients and S8 team by preparing account service-related documents such as creative briefs, meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, invoices, and other client communications and correspondence
  • Soliciting and reviewing vendor quotes
  • Verifying production specs and proofing creative work
  • Creating and/or providing feedback on project estimates, invoices, and timelines
  • Updating internal databases with account information and maintaining contact lists
  • Fielding and processing internal requests for information
  • Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate
  • Answering new lead submissions
  • Assisting with internal marketing initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Assisting with project and traffic management
  • Attending dental trade shows/conferences for new business
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Efficient strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • High level of organization
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities, including G Suite
  • Professional conduct within and outside the Station while conducting agency business
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years in the dental business space
